I did something crazy today ( no it does not involve alcohol,drugs or sex )

I don't know whether its good or bad.
I don't know how things are going to be after this
I don't know how to control what I feel
I don't know how to control what I say
I don't know how to control what I do
I don't know what else to say
I don't know what I'm doing

I am not sure of myself anymore.
